Before the 2007 MLB regular season began, Dave Christman bet Chris Jollay that the Phillies would complete the season with a better record than Jollay's beloved Brewers.  This bet, initially, looked bad for Christman, but Dave's Phillies prevailed...

The Stakes...

Since David defeated our friend Jollay...Jolly MUST spend a week living as a homeless man in Washington DC.  Jollay will be fulfilling his obligation in the cold month of December (SteveHeckmanOnline.com will be covering this)--Since then Dave and Jollay decided July would be the best time
